1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Every MomoNook order is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality inspections, and careful packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year): Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because MomoNook products are fulfilled through global partners to bring you the best selection, delivery times vary by region.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created.

If tracking doesn't update immediately, don't worry—your package is safely in transit.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We start preparing your order quickly to get it to your home as soon as possible.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@momonook.com within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order enters the processing stage, we are unable to make further modifications or cancellations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your happiness is our priority. We want every "Nook" of your home to be perfect.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
